Part 7 Tips

-發(fā)送郵件前請仔細(xì)檢查，避免拼寫/稱呼/附件遺漏/收件人郵箱等低級錯(cuò)誤

-郵件措辭盡量客氣禮貌，避免強(qiáng)硬的要求，比如：You have to / must / need to，多用請求類語句Could you please…/ May I have…/ I’d love to…

-發(fā)郵件的時(shí)間注意選擇工作日的工作時(shí)間，如果有時(shí)差設(shè)置定時(shí)發(fā)送
